PAYMENT
Orders placed and accepted can be paid through:
- Pickup in store. By selecting this method, the items purchased will be set aside for the customer who can collect them and pay for them at our store in Catania, corso delle province 94/96, within 5 working days.
- PayPal. It is the most reliable and fastest way to pay for your online purchases with the most common credit cards and, for PayPal account holders, with the balance or withdrawal from their linked bank account. By selecting this method at the time of the order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site that will manage the payment and the processing of sensitive transaction data. In no case "Prestige" will process or transit the sensitive data of the transaction whose security and confidentiality are entirely the responsibility of PayPal. The order will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed to the address indicated in the PayPal transaction. In no case and for no reason will shipments be made to different addresses.
SHIPPING
Shipping methods and time
Orders are generally sent within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane or express courier with the standard delivery service for Italy and standard international delivery for the rest of the world with tracking and delivery with signature.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The handling and packaging costs are fixed and already included while the postage costs depend on the place of destination and are clearly indicated in the cart at the time of the order.
For Italy, the cost of shipping is 5 euros for orders up to 50 euros, free shipping for orders over 50 euros
For the rest of the world they vary according to the tariff zone and can be consulted on this page.
We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The items will be placed in reinforced cardboard boxes or padded envelopes to ensure adequate protection.
Disclaimer of Liability
Upon delivery of the goods to the courier, the customer will be notified of the shipment via email which will also contain the tracking number.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk and peril. Under no circumstances and for no reason can “Prestige” be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods which, once delivered to the courier, become the property of the purchaser (Article 1510 of the Civil Code).
We therefore strongly recommend that the buyer monitor the shipment and check the package upon delivery. If any damage, opening or tampering is found, reject the package or accept it with reserve, otherwise it will be impossible to request any compensation from the courier.
